After over 30 years with us, the Chef of the Hotel Maria, who is also the President of the Chefs Association of the Val di Fassa, personally selects products and raw materials used to create original and extraordinary dishes. In our restaurant we take our guests on a fine food and wine trip into the Dolomite culture and gourmet pleasure, focusing particularly on Val di Fassa, Trento and Ladin culinary traditions.
