If you prefer a more relaxing walk, you can reach the hamlet of Someda by foot, a typical Ladin village with a view of Moena, or follow the path along the Avisio torrent to Soraga.

Activities for all ages await you: taking the cable car up to Ciampedie, a tableland in the middle of the woods, you will find the "Kinder Park", a playground for the little ones, and from here you can continue on to the famous Vajolet refuge.
History enthusiasts can visit the historical trails of Cima Bocche, Passo Sella and Passo San Pellegrino, which retrace the remains of trenches and fortifications from the First World War.

For the more sporty, there are many mountain bike trails such as the Dolomiti Fiemme and Fassa cycle path, one of the most scenic in Italy, easily accessible with touring bicycles and suitable for families.

The more trained can take part in guided excursions such as the Sella Ronda Mountain Bike Tour or try their hand at real challenges such as the Dolomiti Lagorai Gran Bike Tour, a 6-day itinerary that stretches across two Nature Parks, embracing the valleys of Fassa, Fiemme, Valsugana and Altopiano di Pinè Cembra.

Evening is the perfect time to stroll through the streets of Moena's historic center, among the wooden houses and the ancient church of San Virgilio, which dominates the valley with its bell tower. You can also discover the unusual Turkish district, which owes its name to the ancient legend of a Turkish soldier being rescued by the locals.
