A dry sauna with temperatures between 80 and 110 °C, perfect for getting rid of toxins in excess, stimulating circulation and relaxing the muscles while wrapped in the scent of wood and alpine herbs.

Laconium
This steam bath, with temperatures between 65 and 80 °C, is perfect for purifying the skin, opening the pores and promoting muscle relaxation.  

Herbal bath
Inebriating and gentle steam bath with a temperature of 55 °C, enriched with officinal herbs with calming, anti-inflammatory and invigorating powers.

Oriental Bliss
A steam bath soaked in the exotic scents of oriental essences. With a temperature between 45 and 48 °C, you will benefit from the aphrodisiac, antidepressant and balancing properties of the essences.

Rest of the Rising Sun
An atmospheric and relaxing ceramic tepidarium with a temperature of around 40 °C is the right place to recharge your batteries and gently warm your body.

Artic Paradise 
Refresh after saunas by taking advantage of the cold and its benefits: the thermal contrast can promote skin tone and psychophysical wellbeing.

Kneipp Therapy Path
A walking path with alternating pools of hot and cold water to help with lymphatic drainage, boost circulation and relieve tired legs.
