Check-in is from 2:00 p.m on the day of arrival, check-out by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
In the event of arrival after 6:00 p.m. please notify the Hotel Reception by telephone.

Early check-in:
In case you require access to the rooms before 2:00 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us at the time of booking.
The service has a cost of €50,00 per room and is subject to availability.
Late check-out :
It is possible to request the use of the room and swimming pool after 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure
at the cost of € 70.00 per room, by notifying reception in advance.

Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation of the stay being communicated at least 7 days before the pre-arranged arrival date,
the amount of the deposit paid may be used as a discount on the cost of a subsequent holiday
to be taken within 365 days of the date of cancellation.
If cancellation is received after the 7-day limit, the deposit will be retained.
Double room for single use:
40% minimum surcharge.
Reductions:
Adult in 3rd and 4th additional bed: 20% discount.
Children sharing room with parents:
Children up to 1 year: € 15,00 per day
from 1 to 3 years:70% discount
from 4 to 6 years:50 % discount
from 7 to 12 years: 30% discount
Room service:
It is possible to request breakfast in your room at a cost of € 5.00 per person.
Garage:
The cost of the indoor garage service is € 10.00 per night.
Pets:
With prior notice we accept pets at a cost of € 15.00 per day.
We kindly ask you to bring a blanket and basket for your dog.
Please note that pets have no access to the Hotel Maria restaurant area and the Aquarena Wellness Centre.
Reservations:
The reservation is considered confirmed after payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay .
