• WELLNESS WITH RELAXATION: The Hotel Maria has elected wellness as the distinctive element of its philosophy. It’s the kind of cutting edge wellness that caters to the individual needs of guests who are looking for a moment of relaxation, peace and tranquillity all for themselves. That’s why the use of the swimming pool and access to the Aquarena wellness center are reserved to guests over 16. It’s a small sacrifice to make in exchange for an oasis of peace.
• ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Your reserved room is usually available from 02.00 p.m. We kindly ask you to free your room on the day of departure within 11.00 a.m.
• EVENING ARRIVAL: f you will be arriving after 6 pm, please call to let the reception desk know in advance.
• AQUARENA BEAUTY CENTRE RESERVATIONS: Please contact the beauty centre manager at least one week before your arrival to schedule beauty treatments so we can best meet your requests. If necessary, you may cancel beauty centre appointments with 24 hours advance notice. Otherwise, you will be charged for half the cost of the treatment.
• OBJECTS OF VALUE: The management declines from any responsibility for objects of value left at the hotel.
• CANCELLATION: the deposit is lost in case of cancellation until a week before the arrival date. For previous cancellation the amount of deposit would be deducted on a following vacation within 120 days from the cancellation. 
• EARLY DEPARTURE: in case of early departure the cost of the booked holiday will be totally charged to the clients.
• OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS: Offers, discounts and reductions are not combinable.
• LATE CHECK OUT: it is possible to use the room after 11.00 a.m on departure day to keep in contact in time with the Reception.The price is Euro 70,00. The day use depends on room’s availability.
• SPECIAL HONEYMOON: Sparkling wine and strawberries in room + 1 relax bath-treatment for Her.

• ROOM WITH BREAKFAST: In this case you will be granted a reduction of 30 €.
• DOUBLE ROOM USED AS SINGLE ROOM: extrachage starting from 40% at least for “Melissa” and “Verbena”.
• REDUCTIONS: In all the rooms and suites the third person will be granted a reduction of 20%.
• CHILDREN IN THEIR PARENT’S ROOM: Children from 0 to 2 years (not yet completed) will pay € 30,00 per day, meals included. Children from 2 to 8 years (not yet completed) will be granted a reduction of 30%. Children from 8 to 12 years (not yet completed) will be granted a reduction of 20%.
• LUNCH BASKET: if you’d like to spend the day out on a trip or excursion, you can take whatever you’d like from the breakfast buffet or request a complete lunch basket (sandwich, fruit, dessert and drinks) for €11.00 per basket.  
• ROOM SERCEVICE: In this case we will charge € 5,00 per person for the extra service.
• GARAGE: for the garage we will charge you € 10,00 per night.
• PETS: Small adult dogs are accepted on a daily charge of € 15,00 in some rooms. You are kindly asked to bring yourself a basket and a plaid for your dog to spleep in. We count on your comprehension when we are not allowing your pet any acces to the public rooms, such as the bar, the dining-room, lounge.
