Like a volcano!
If you would like to see what it feels like to lie on the slopes of a volcano, you should try the beneficial effect of the heated lava rock bed, an exclusive new treatment at the Leading Relax Hotel Maria spa.
Custom-made by a Sicilian craftsman, the bed is built out of pieces of lava rock from the slopes of Mount Aetna and was entirely worked and assembled by hand.
Lava rock was used given its specific properties, which convey all heat to the person lying down, facilitating muscle relaxation for more effective and long-lasting results in stone therapy treatments, other massages and body wraps.
